BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Dec. 4 to Dec. 8:

• Tammy M. Sargent, 42, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating under the influence  and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

• Nycole M. Nadeau, 39, of Saco, was issued a summons for telephone harassment.

• Deanna Lee Woods, 41, of Biddeford, was arrested for criminal trespassing and an oustanding warrant.

• Paul W. Dufosse, 37, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run loose.  

• Elizabeth L. Coburn, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested for an oustanding warrant. 

• Richard J. Bagley, 54, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

• Morgan Palmer, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested on an oustanding warrant and violating conditions of release.

• Jaime S. Cefalu, 28, of North Yarmouth, was issued a summons for speeding 30-plus mph over the speed limit.

• Felicia Jackson, 22, of Alton, was arrested on an oustanding warrant.  

• Kelsey Stevens, 23, of Biddeford, was arrested for terrorizing and a probationary hold.

• Ian M. Rodden, 23, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating under the influence.

• Leo R. Eleie, 38, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating under the influence.

• Michael J. Prue, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating under the influence.

• Issac D. Tito, 31, of Saco, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked and violating conditions of release. 

• Belinda Jo Sutton, 42, of Biddeford, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating conditions of release.

• Christopher L. Lopez, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register vehicle.

• Michael E. Conlon, 54, of BIddeford, was issued a summons for attaching false plates.

• Justin S. Woodard, 33, of Rochester, New Hampshire, was arrested for an oustanding warrant and operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.

• Andrea N. Dubois, 31, of Lebanon, was issued a summons for failure to register vehicle.

• Colby A. Dion, 20, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for illegally transporting drugs by a minor.

• Rebecca R. Person, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

• Derek B. Hall, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested  for theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property.

• William R. Bouvier, 19, of Amherst, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for a minor cosuming liquor.

• Devon F. Jackson, 18, of Milton, Vermont, was issued a summons for a minor cosuming liquor.

• Anthony R. Langella, 18, of Phippsburg, was issued a summons for a minor cosuming liquor.

• Samuel W. Palmisano, 19, of Boxfod, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for a minor cosuming liquor.
