Anthony Carpinelli, arrested Monday and charged with assaulting his infant twins, who were born March 11, lives at this Sanford Housing Authority apartment, 25 C Bates St., in Sanford with his girlfriend and other family members. Held at York County Jail without bail, he was scheduled to make a first appearance at Maine District Court this afternoon.
