On Thursday, there was a ceremony at Biddeford High School awarding college credits to students attending the Biddeford Regional Center of Technology. A student accepts his certificate of credits earned from, left to right, Superintendent of Schools Jeremy Ray, Thomas College Academic Dean Dr. James Libby, Mayor Alan Casavant, Gov. Paul LePage and COT instructor Richard Dutremble.
