Starting in the fall and extending through 2016, MaineDOT will orchestrate an extensive project on Main Street in Biddeford, pictured above on Tuesday, from where it intersects with Elm Street to where it intersects with Railroad Avenue. In addition to repaving the road, the project will extend the curb to set telephone poles and fire hydrants farther back from the road.
