Peter Hall of Sanford pleaded guilty in York County Superior Court in Alfred Wednesday to manslaughter in connection with the death of his wife, Toni, in a car crash on March 17, 2012. Hall was drunk and driving 40 mph over the posted limit when his car hit a tree on School Street in Sanford.
