Mark Stuart, president of Stuart, Torno and Stuart, is on trial this week at York County Superior Court in Alfred, in connection with the 2012 death of 15-year-old Corey Cabana, who was struck by Stuart’s dump truck while he was crossing the street on a skateboard in a crosswalk. Both Stuart and the company are charged with manslaughter.
