Deputy Matt Nadeau of the York County Sheriff’s Office leads a procession of joggers on Route 1 near the town line separating Kennebunk and Arundel in June 2012 during the Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics. Nadeau was handed the torch by a representative running for the Kennebunk Police Department, and subsequently handed it off to the Biddeford Police when the procession reached the city line.
