BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Dec. 12 to Dec. 15:
• Jason J. Aceto, 30, of Biddeford. was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Peter W. Nason, 43, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
• Timothy L. Dunham, 37, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked with one prior.
• Kim M. Bouchard, 49, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Garrett E. Skaates, 39, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Ashley J. Skaates, 34, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Gregory R. Chartier, 36, of York, was issued a summons was issued asummons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Alexandria V. Decker, 19, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Kelsie M. Fitch, 25, a transient, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• David J. Alicea, 54, a transient, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, violating conditions of release and sale/use of drug paraphenalia.
• Alexander R. Beaudoin, 31, of Portland, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license, failing to make an oral or written report, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of a suspended driver’s license.
• Lenny J. Spano, 41, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for making a material mistatement of fact.
• Melissa A. Dobson, 37, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.
• Richard S. Rogers, 48, a transient, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• Chelsey M. Bracy, 30, of Buxton, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Ryan C. Naylon, 21, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the linfluence with one prior.
