
Armand was born in Saint-Zacharie, Quebec on March 23, 1926, son to the late Arthur and Georgianna Paquet.
Armand was an avid fisherman as well as a very loving and hard working man. He worked as a lumber jack in Canada, was employed by General Motors and spent 21 years working for Pepperell Manufacturing. His hard work and dedication to his craft led not only to a successful machinist career, but also to a true passion repairing sewing machines.
Armand is survived by his sons, Lawrence Paquet and Ronald Paquet; his daughter, Sonya Cullen (Tim); his six grandchildren ; his five great-grandchildren; his brother, Charles Morin and his very close friends, Steve and Lynn Gamage. Armand was predeceased by his wife, Irene R. Paquet; six of his brothers and his sister.
Visitation is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 22, 2017 from 1 to 2 p.m. with a funeral service immediately following at Cote Funeral Home Chapel, 87 James St., Saco, Maine.
