Predeceased by his parents, George and Theresa, of Topsham, survived by his sister, Rose of Florida, his girlfriend Joy, also of Freeport, three children, and several loved ones and friends.
Kevin will be buried at the Veterans Cemetery in Augusta with his parents, per his request.
