BIDDEFORD — Kathryn Dorothy (Mouzas) Keenan, 84, of Biddeford died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018, at home with her loving family by her side. She was born in Biddeford on Jan. 27, 1933, to Milton and Dorothy Mouzas. Kathryn is the widow of Lieutenant Colonel Charles Albert Keenan. Arrangements are by Hope Memorial Chapel.
