BRUNSWICK — Maine State Music Theatre is seeking applicants for its Educational Fellowship Program from May 21-Aug. 26. The deadline to apply is March 15.
The program serves to bridge the gap between education and the professional world and allows those interested in working in theater to access to the best and brightest casts, crews and administrators from Broadway, national tours and regional theatres. This intensive program offers three phases of career progression: Intern (entry level), Apprentice (advanced level), and Journeyperson (senior level) in all departments, including administrative, costumes, electrics, paints/scenic, props, carpenters, stage management, stage operations, wardrobe and performance.
Housing is provided as well as modest stipend. College credit may be available. Applicants must be 18 years old by May 21, 2018.
