BRUNSWICK
Police charged three men with robbery Monday night in Brunswick.
Shortly after 10 p.m., Brunswick officers responded to a disturbance on Perryman Drive, including reports that a window was shot out with an air gun, according to Cmdr. Tom Garrepy.
The suspects fled prior to officers arriving, Garrepy said, but police found a vehicle matching a description that they later stopped at Cumberland Farms on Pleasant Street.
Four occupants were interviewed. One male was released but the others were arrested, according to police.
Police say they charged Ibekendu E. Mokeme, 19, of Portland, with felonies including robbery with a dangerous weapon, aggravated assault, aggravated reckless conduct and criminal threatening. Police say Mokeme was also charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief.
Police say they charged Alex Burnham, 19, of Portland, with felonies that included robbery and violating a condition of release.
Jahmi J. Seeley, 18, of Scarborough, was charged with felony robbery and misdemeanor assault.
Their bail was set at $5,000 cash each and they were transported to Cumberland County Jail.
Garrepy said no one was hurt in the incident. A BB handgun was seized as evidence.
The investigation is ongoing.
