DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. — Raymond Roland Laliberte, 81, died suddenly of a heart attack and complications after heart surgery on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018 in Deerfield Beach, Florida where he had wintered since 2001.

He was born on Sept. 11, 1936 in Biddeford, Maine to Rosaire and Diana Laliberte.

He had two brothers: Roger Laliberte (deceased), and Normand Laliberte, and three sisters: Connie Wentworth, Doris Lafortune and Joanne Laliberte (deceased). His first wife, Doris Monjeau, died from complications in pregnancy. I

n 1972, he married Brenda Doiron Laliberte and together they raised two children, their son, Raymond and their daughter, Danielle. He had one grandchild, Carlin Claire Laliberte.

Memorial services will be privately held in the spring. His loss is immeasurable, but so is the love he left behind.
