WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited from Feb. 13 to Feb. 19.
•Tangie Kapise, 36, of 2124 Sanford Road, Apt. 14, Wells, was summonsed at 8:43 a.m. on Feb. 13 for expired registration greater than 150 Days following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.
•Thomas McGinn, 62, of 267 Old Post Road, Arundel, was summonsed at 10:42 a.m. on Feb. 13 and charged with failure to register a vehicle greater than 150 days.
•Natasha Torres, 26, of 49 Littleworth Road, Dover, New Hampshire, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. on Feb, 13 and charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license.
•Joseph Gahagan, 43, of 35 Rest View Lane, Apt. B, Wells, was summonsed at 8:18 a.m. on Feb. 14 and charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license and possession of a suspended or fictitious license.
•Christine O’Donell, 35, of 11A Seneca Avenue, Sanford, was summonsed at 5:46 a.m. on Feb. 15 and charged with operating with a suspended registration.
•Dennis Court III, 42, of 20B Emery Street, Sanford, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Feb. 15
on an outstanding arrest warrant charging failure to appear on a prior attaching false plates charge.
•Franklin Emmons, 25, of 337 Main Street Apt. 1, Biddeford, was summonsed at 4:24 p.m. on Feb. 15 and charged with operating with a suspended registration.
•Anthony Squillacioti, 65, of 344 Clubhouse Road, Wells, was summonsed at 7:51 p.m. on Feb. 15 and charged with for operating with a suspended or revoked license.
•Susan Martell, 59, of 1135 Bragdon Road Apt. 4, Wells, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. on Feb. 18 and charged with domestic violence assault.
•Gary Zyskowski, 34, of 546 Chick Crossing Road Apt. C, Wells, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on Feb. 19 on an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to pay fines.
