2/23 at 12:08 a.m. Ellie Barker, 28, of Mann Hill Road in Dedham, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating under the influence. 

2/23 at 4:54 p.m. Ethan W. Elwell, 18, no address listed, was arrested on Cluf Bay Road by Officer Kerry Wolongevicz on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a minor and failure to submit to detention. 

2/23 at 9:57 p.m. Jordan S. Griffis, 24, of Union Street in Lisbon Falls, was arrested at Kentucky Fried Chicken on Gurnet Road by Officer Joshua Bernier on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

2/23 at 10:32 p.m. John C. Charette, 48, of Maine Street, was arrested on Center Street by Officer Cory Iles on a charge of violating condition of release.

2/24 at 6:57 a.m. Martin Labrada-Garcia, 27, of Jesse Road in Topsham, was arrested on Route 1 by Detective William P. Moir on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

2/25 at 2:07 a.m. Caleb D. Dyer, 22, of Fellows Street in South Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Cory Iles on charges of motor vehicle speeding and operating under the influence. 

2/25 at 7:59 p.m. Joshua Moniz, 32, of Mountain Road in Woolwich, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Bethany Nyberg on a charge of operating under the influence. 

2/27 at 6:30 p.m. Terrence J. Brown, 33, of School Street, was arrested at Bull Moose Music on Maine Street by Officer Cory Iles on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal threatening and assault.
