BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Feb. 26 to March 1, 2018:
• Jerome A. Flagg, Jr., 49, of Chesterville, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
• Arnold Goldman, 88, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
• Cody N. Chagnon, 28, of Saco, was arrested for violating conditions of release.
• Lauren S. Atherton, 28, of Alfred, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Tierra Lambert, 22 of Bath, was issued a summons for unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug.
• Austin E. Nadeau, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.
• Anthony J. Gallant, 31, of Lyman, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle following license suspension.
• Stacy M. Berube, 40, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.
• Heather L. Dennett, 33, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and failing to obtain a driver’s license.
• Austin E. Nadeau, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release.
• Sarah B. Pagan, 36, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operation of a defective motor vehicle.
• Richard C. Nadeau, 51, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Haley A. Carleton, 26, of Sebago, was arrested for speeding more than 30 mph over the posted limit and driving to endanger.
• Morgan Palmer, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release and the sale/use of drug paraphenalia.
• James M. Beaulieu, 24, of Lyman, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) with a prior offense, and violating conditions of release.
• Ashley E. Parent, 30, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
• Anthony J. Squillacioti, 65, of Wells, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license suspened or revoked and operating a motor vehcile under the influence (alcohol).
• Jessica N. Cahill, 32, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing.
• Michael J. Tosi, 34, of Biddeford, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and violating conditions of release.
• Timothy E. Crockett, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force.
