FREEPORT — Freeport High School will host its spring preseason parent information night on March 22, at the school’s Performing Arts Center from 7-8 p.m.
Breakout sessions with individual coaches to follow.
These nights are specifically designed for parents. It is essential that parents attend. This will be an opportunity for you to have your questions answered, meet the coaching staff, and hear directly from them regarding team/parent expectations.
For parents, this is your opportunity to become an active participant in your child’s high school education. This is also an opportunity for parents and individual sport booster groups to meet, organize and make final arrangements for the upcoming season.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
