OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited from Feb. 26 to March 11.
• Kyle Orne, 23, of Ashburnham, Massachusetts, was issued a summons at 11:48 p.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with violation of the consumer fireworks ordinance.
• A 17-year-old juvenile was issued a summons at 10:22 p.m. on March 3 and charged with speeding 30 miles or more over the speed limit.
• Brandon Saucier, 24, of Portland, was issued a summons at 4:52 p.m. on March 10 and charged with displaying a fictitious vehicle inspection certificate.
