Shawn Applebee and Garrett Johnson recently joined Siemens as a service specialists.
Applebee is an experienced HVAC balancer and previously worked with Air Solutions and Balancing.

Johnson is starting a career in building automation systems. He previously worked for GE on turbine component manufacturing.

Alice Alexander was hired as operations manager for the Portland Chamber Music Festival.
Alexander of Falmouth is a seasoned professional with 17 years experience in managing arts programs, nonprofit organizations and small businesses.

PROMOTIONS
Casco Bay Wealth Advisors named Sheila Menair as a principal of the firm.
Menair has been with the firm for five years.
She brings experience as a certified divorce financial analyst helping people navigate the financial and tax aspects of divorce.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS
Matt Bahl, director of health and productivity analytics and consulting for Prudential Group Insurance in Portland, was elected to the inaugural IBI Next class of the Integrated Benefits Institute.
Bahl oversees Prudential’s northeast and central regions, identifying the key drivers of absence and lost productivity in the workplace, creating innovative solutions that promote financial wellness, employee engagement with their work and overall well-being, a press release said.
Before joining Prudential, he served as vice president of human resources for one of the largest health systems in northern New England.
