Frank attended schools in Freeport and married Edna Leavitt on Feb. 14, 1966.
Frank worked at Eastland Shoe, DOT of Yarmouth, the town of Freeport landfill and for the last 20 years owned Waterman’s Rubbish Removal.
Frank and Edna were married for 52 years and together raised five children: Frank Jr., Michelle, Lisa, Jennifer, and Eric.
Frank was a terrific husband and father, brother, grandfather, and friend. Frank loved to walk his dog Angel and watch the trains.
Frank is survived by his wife Edna Waterman, son Frank Waterman Jr. and his partner Simone Churchill of Waterville, Michelle Driscoll and her partner Barry Farmer of North Monmouth, Jennifer Gorski and her husband John of Oregon, Ohio, Eric Waterman and wife Dee Waterman of Augusta, brothers Richard Waterman Jr. and wife Donna of Brunswick, Ralph Waterman of Pownal, Peter Waterman and wife Cathy of Lewiston, Stephen Waterman and wife Sharon of Poland, sisters Jodi Kakalis of South Durham, Debra Googins and her husband of
Falmouth.
He is also survived by his grandchildren

Frank also leaves many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Frank was predeceased by his parents and sister Judith Huard, Catherine Hodsdon, Patricia Webber and daughter Lisa Marie Gonneville (1971-2014).
A celebration of life will be on Saturday, March 31 at 1 p.m. at Oakleaf Terrace Community Room, 24 South St., Freeport, Maine.
