BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from March 21 to March 24, 2018:
• Brittany F. Paige, 20, of Westbrook, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.
• Cody Lord, 18, of Westbrook, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Jessica N. Cahill, 32, of Biddeford, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Emily V. Russell, 34, of Kennebunk, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting), violating condition of release, operating a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation with a prior offense, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
• Kimberly A. Bissell, 31, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
• Thomas S. Ruebusch, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested for aggravated assault.
• Kevin J. Hamilton, 44, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Felicia J. Jones, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle after license suspension.
• Philip B. Scott, 49, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Shawn Emerton, 31, a transient, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Miranda E. Albert, 26, of Lewiston, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
• Ray A. Morris, 48, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence amd criminal threatening.
• Gary W. Clark, 48, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Steven J. Evans, 27, of Berwick, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Deborah L. Vovolakis, 53, of Biddeford, was arrested for theft by unuathorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and criminal trespassing.
• Paula V. Carlton, 64, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and violating conditions of release.
• Tealia J. O’Neal, 27, of Bath, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol), speeding 30 mph over the established limit, and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Justin M. Baratta, 24, of Westbrook, was arrested for domestic violence assault, aggravated criminal trespassing, and violating conditions of release.
• Daniel B. Violette, 50, of Arundel, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Shaun E. Spencer, 48, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.
• Frank R. Williams, 50, of Waterboro, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) and driving to endanger.
