OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited from April 16 to April 29.
• Anita Whitehead, 49, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons at 12:26 p.m. on April 16 for forgery of less than $1,000.
• Glenn Townsend, 69, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons at 5:41 p.m. on April 17 for operating after suspension.
• Jessie Freitas, 35, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons at 8:32 p.m. on April 18 for criminal mischief.
• John Duggan, 33, of Newington, Connecticut, was issued a summons at 9:32 a.m. on April 21 for violating the vehicle on the beach ordinance.
• Janessa Emmerton, 38, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 6:26 a.m. on April 22 and charged with operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license.
• Brian Girard, 46, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons at 6:45 p.m. on April 23 for operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates.
• Bradford Belding, 50, of Scarborough, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. on April 28 and was charged with domestic violence assault and violating bail conditions of release.
