How long in the industry
I’ve been practicing real estate full-time for the past 14 years. I began working as a sales agent, and I’m happy to say that I’ve progressed over that time, to the point that I’ve reached the top rank of achievement as a Broker licensee. Education was a key component. I’ve taken more than 400 hours of professional certification courses.

Areas of specialty
I work with both buyers and sellers, and I take pride in the skills I can bring to negotiations on their behalf, through every step of a transaction.

Marketing expertise
As a co-owner of ListingTunnel.com, I work with more than 200 real estate agents and developers throughout the state. I was one of the first in the industry to bring 3D/VR property tours to Maine. That’s an example of the extremely effective marketing the firm initiates.

Industry experience
I gained a lot of knowledge working at two other brokerages before I joined Locations Real Estate Group here in Falmouth. Locations is a great fit for me. The agency is, as we state, “a community of agents who fundamentally believe that client care is paramount,” and who provide the highest degree of professionalism.

Favorite things
The variety of the real estate industry is endlessly fascinating, and also motivating, to me. I’ve handled residential, new construction, multi-units, antique homes, lakefront and luxury homes, and I’ve found every transaction both a learning experience and an enjoyable one. My work is spread across Cumberland, York and Oxford counties. So, of course, my being a longtime Maine resident makes every day all the more rewarding.
