KENNEBUNKPORT — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Kennebunkport Police from May 18 to June 4, 2018:
• Peter Nikitas, 56, of Exeter, Rhode Island, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign after the above violation was observed on King’s Highway.
• Devyn Dupuis, 27, of Acton, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed on Mills Road.
• Jose Gilbert, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after officers investigated an incident that occurred on Guinea Road on May 19. He is scheduled to appear at the Alfred Superior Court on July 20 to answer the charge.
• Harry Brown, 76, of Kennebunkport, was charged with assault (domestic violence) after officers responded to a disturbance at 160 Arundel Road. He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on June 6 to answer the charge.
• Aaron Kane, 28, of 107 Goose Rocks Road was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after the above violation was observed on Goose Rocks Road. He also issued a summons for failure to provide evidence of current insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle greater 150 days, and operating with an expired driver’s license greater than 90 days). He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on July 18 to answer the charges.
