Elizabeth Banwell joined Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty as a vice president. Banwell, of South Portland, brings a passion for real estate and a depth of knowledge that includes the Greater Portland area, the Midcoast region and Knox and Waldo counties.

Michele Perejda joined Legacy as a senior vice president in the flagship Portland office. Perejda, an investor from Portland, has been practicing real estate for more than 17 years as both an agent and residential brokerage company owner. She has extensive experience in land development, condo sales and waterfront properties throughout Maine.

Edward Hutchins joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England as an associate broker. Hutchins, of Kennebunkport, joined its office in Kennebunk and will provide residential real estate services in York and Cumberland counties.

Skye Ouellette affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Kennebunk as a sales associate. Ouellette, of Wells, brings experience in the industry and owns and operates a property management company, Maine Street Property Management.

AWARDS and RECOGNITIONS
Patrick Cooper, a broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, was named Broker of the Month for March 2018 for outstanding performance. Cooper has been a full-time real estate agent since 2006 and specializes in waterfront and coastal properties. He is also a third-generation carpenter with a background in residential contracting.
