BRUNSWICK — Lillian F. Moore White, age 85, died at her daughter and son- in-law’s home on Sunday July 8, 2018. She was born on February 9, 1933, in Bangor, the daughter of Ruel and Lillian Jones Bragg.

She attended Bangor schools.

She married Richard Moore on September 1, 1951, in Bangor, Maine. Mr. Moore died in 1995. She married Robert White on July 2, 2005, in Topsham, Maine. Mr. White died in 2011.

She was employed as a banquet manager for Holiday Inn- West, Westbrook Maine, and most recently having spent three years working in food services for the Brunswick School District.

She was a member of the Salvation Army. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping and fishing, especially with family at Hasting Campground in the White Mountains. However, one of her greatest joys was following her grandson’s baseball team, with whom she earned the name “Gramma Baseball.”

She was predeceased by her husbands; a son Edward Bragg; a daughter Joellyn Moore.

She is survived by her four daughters, Joyce Lavoie and her husband Steven of Brunswick, Connie Merrill of Mechanic Falls, Phyllis Lewellyn and her husband Jay Dugan of Clearwater, FL, Kathleen Foster and her husband John of Blacklick, OH; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to visit 4-5:30 p.m. on Friday, July 13, 2018, at Brackett Funeral Home, 29 Federal Street, Brunswick. A memorial service will commence at 5:30 p.m. with the Major John Lock officiating. A private committal will be held in Brooklawn Cemetery in Portland.
