The Westbrook American reported on July 23, 1958, that funeral services were held for Daniel Walter Randall, 46, of Stroudwater Street, Westbrook. He was the son of Elmer and May Belle Chick Randall.

Several educators from Gorham were enrolled in a summer session at the University of Maine. They were Charles Delano, Gorham High School principal; Philip Kimball, Westbrook Junior High School principal; Constance Kimball; Robert Stevens, Gorham High School; Frederick Jackson, King Junior High School, Portland; and Angeline Colpitts, Campus School, Gorham.
