WELLS — The Wells Police has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from July 7  to July 21.

• Kayla Taylor, 27, of Wells, was arrested on two outstanding warrants following a suspicious activity call the prior evening. She was unable to post the required bail amount and was remanded to the York County Jail.

• Nicholas Bowen, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence following a traffic stop on Post Road. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear at York District Court on Sept. 18 to answer the charge.

• A male juvenile from Wells, was issued a summons for criminal conspiracy and refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) following several motor vehicle burglary complaints. He is scheduled to appear at Biddeford District Court on Sept. 20 to answer the charges.

• A male juvenile from Kennebunk, Maine,was issued a summons for criminal conspiracy and refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) following several motor vehicle burglary complaints. He is scheduled to appear at Biddeford District Court on Sept. 20 to answer the charges.

• Alan Desjardins, 46, of Wells, was arrested for attaching false plates following a traffic stop on Morrison Avenue. He was released from Wells Police custody on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear at York District Court on Sept. 18,  to answer the charge.
