RACHEL CARTER, pictured right, feeds one of her cows at the Old MacDonald barn at the Topsham Fair. “We’ve been coming to Topsham for 12 years,” said Carter, of Richmond. “I was involved in 4-H when I was younger and it’s our local fair.” The cattle arrived at the fair from Mini Acres in Richmond. The farm brought cattle and sheep. Carter added the fair provides a great opportunity to promote local agriculture and introduce people to the animals.
