On Monday, August 27, 2018, Rosemarie Kish, loving wife and mother, passed away at the age of 71, with her loving husband of over 50 years by her side.

Rosemarie (Roe) was born on December 12, 1946, in Norwalk, CT, to Angelo and Rosanna (Barresi) Macagliotta.

On September 2, 1967, she married Robert Thomas Kish, also of Norwalk. They spent most of their time together living in Brunswick, ME, where they also raised one daughter, Rebecca.

Roe spent most of her career working with or around children which she loved dearly.

Almost a year and a half ago she moved to Florida to leave the cold Maine winters behind and to be closer to her family. Roe was an avid Mets fan, would go for a swim almost daily in the pool where they lived, and loved going for walks on the beach collecting shells and other sea treasures. There was nothing she treasured more than spending time with her family. She was such a caring and devoted person who touched the hearts of so many. She will be forever missed and always remain in our hearts.

Rosemarie is survived by her husband, Robert Kish, of Arcadia, FL, her daughter, Rebecca and husband William Francis, of Port Charlotte, FL, a grandson, Dominick Francis, of Port Charlotte, FL, a brother, Paul Macagliotta, of Pompano Beach, FL, and close cousins, Cynthia and Peter Petropoulos, of Portland, ME. Rosemarie is also survived by many longtime friends who were very dear to her.

It is Rosemarie’s wishes not to have any kind of funeral/services.

Our family would like to thank all of those whose love, kindness, and humor touched her life so deeply.
