9/14 at 9:43 p.m. Donald D. Duncan, 58, of Weymouth Street, was arrested on Forrest Terrace by Officer Christopher Balestra on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

9/15 at 12:56 p.m. Ashley Malloy, 17, of Pleasant Street, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Garrett Decker on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/15 at 11:29 p.m. Kathleen R. Trapp, 53, of Douglas Street, was arrested on Pleasant Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

9/16 at 6:21 a.m. Shane M. Burnham, 32, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Medical Center Drive by Officer Charles Tompson an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/16 at 7:05 p.m. Jessica M. Barredo, 35, of Water Drive in Chula Vista, California, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Matthew Nicholson on charges of operating under the influence and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

9/17 at 6:58 p.m. Justin G. Lynds, 31, no address listed, was arrested at Hannaford on Elm Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

9/17 at 7:27 p.m. Dana C. Sherman, 51, no address listed, was arrested on Bath Road on charges of criminal trespassing and violating condition of release.

9/18 at 2:03 a.m. Wilbert A. Harold, 55, of Perryman Drive, was arrested on Perryman Drive by Officer Cory Iles on a charge of domestic violence assault.

9/17 at 3:24 p.m. Douglas A. Osborn, 23, of Armstrong Way in West Bath, was issued a summons on Pleasant Street by Officer Cory Iles on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and failing to obtain a driver’s license. 

9/18 at 12:31 p.m. Dorothy Kozuszek, 46, of Wardtown Road in Freeport, was issued a summons at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive by Officer James Fisher on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
