10/10 at 8:18 p.m. Ronald Kaler, 51, of Whiskeag Road, was arrested by Officer John Dietlin at an undisclosed location on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license in violation of conditions. Kaler was also issued a summons on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
10/14 at 12:15 p.m. Brian Taylor, 19, of Middle Street, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Brett McIntire on Middle Street.
