SANFORD – The following people have been arrested or issued a summons by Sanford Police officers from Oct. 1 to Oct. 14:
• Gabrielle J. Berthiaume, 28, Sanford, was issued a summons at 5:19 p.m. Oct. 1 charging he failed to register his vehicle for more than 150 days.
• Franklin E. Ellison, 62, Springvale, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release at 4:02 p.m. Oct. 5 on Main Street.
• Morgan Boucher, 24, Sanford, was issued a summons charging shoplifting theft at 3 p.m. Oct. 6on Main Street.
• George E. Brooks Jr., 51, Sanford, was arrested and charged with aggravated criminal trespass at 12:13 a.m. Oct. 7 on Main Street.
• Karen J. Ferguson, 55, Sanford, was issued a summons charging she drove after her licensed was revoked as an habitual offender at 4:38 p.m. Oct. 7 on River Street.
• Donald B. Trent, 61, North Berwick, was issued a summons at 12:54 p.m. Oct. 10 charging he drove beyond conditions or restrictions.
• Laurette Dawn Bertrand, 39, Sanford, was issued a summons charging she violated conditions of her release at 3:21 p.m. Oct. 11 at the intersection of Washington and River streets.
• Preston Crawford, 23, Acton, was issued a summons charging he drove to endanger and with a suspended registration at 5:26 p.m. Oct. 11 on Main Street.
• A 13-year-old juvenile was charged with shoplifting theft at 9:18 a.m. Oct. 13 on Main Street.
• A 15-year-old was charged with terrorizing at 8:22 p.m. Oct. 14 on Lebanon Street.
• Mark Farrell, 47, Sanford, was issued a summons charging assault at 12:06 a.m. Oct. 14 on North Avenue.
