BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Oct. 15 to Oct. 31, 2018:

• Jeffery C. Poirier, 37, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault, obstructing report of crime, criminal mischief, and aggravated assault.

• Yanyao Feng, 25, of Orono, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Edward J. Abare, 39, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register vehicle.

• A juvenile, 17, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana by a person under the age of 21 and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

• A juvenile, 17, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for a minor transporting liquor, possession of marijuana by a person under the age of 21 and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

• Angel A. Trotter, 40, of Transient, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.

• Johann S. Wolff-Jenni, 18, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Christine L. Mariano, 56, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

• Cory A. Cameron, 35, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.

• Maranda S. Perkins, 31, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for assault on an emergency medical care provider.  

• Colleen Beaudoin, 24, of Lyman, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).

• John D. O’Dreves, 30, of Springvale, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).

• Joshua B. Mills, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Elizabeth M. Marino, 44, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating condition of release.

• Casandra M. Sonoqui, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Walter D. Michaud, 55, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for public urination or defecation.

• Steven J. Jacko, 42, of Biddeford, was arrested for criminal mischief, terrorizing, and violating condition of release.  

• A juvenile, 17, of Biddeford, was arrested for probation hold.

• Deborah A. Moulton, 52, of North Berwick, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

• Jessie L. Tulley, 37, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.

• Steven R. Wright, 40, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Michael D. Bissonnette, 53, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating condition of release and criminal trespass.

• The Nehds Logistics Limited Liability Company, of Portsmouth New Hampshire, was issued a summons for permit unlawful use.

• Brianna L. Bundy, 24, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).

• Jason R. Smith, 38, of Saco, was arrested for a violation of administrative release.

• Arielle C. Stuart, 21, of Saco, was arrested for violating condition of release.

• Kyle R. Mains, 24, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• John S. Lagnese, 37, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault.

• Melissa A. Dobson, 38, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.

• A juvenile, 16. of Biddeford, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana under 21 years old.

• Timothy J. Griesmer, 49, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Liza K. Travis, 32, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Debra P. Peck, 59, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license (0ver 90 days), operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol), and failing to notify police of motor vehicle accident.

• Sheryl A. Alber, 59, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

• Brandy A. Sweeney, 40, of Saco, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• John J. Hurrinus, 43, of Biddeford, was arrested for criminal trespass.

• Alec B. Nabayan, 30, of Transient, was arrested for probation hold, aggravated assault, and domestic violence assault.

• Christopher R. Saunders, 40, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Nicole L. Boudreau, 32, of Biddeford, was arrested for criminal trespass.

• Steven J. Evans, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested for criminal trespass, violating condition of release, and an outstanding warrant.

• Alexander D. Hussey, 34, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for misuse of 911 system.

• Gary N. Doiron, 55, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Abigail L. Hale, 22, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.

• Shawn M. Andrews, 28, of Saco, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Richard J. Mathieu, 23, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal mischief and violating condition of release.

• A juvenile, 17, of Wells, was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.
