HARPSWELL — On Feb. 5 at 6 p.m. at the Harpswell Town Hall, Timothy Johnson and the Department of Marine Resources will hold a public scoping session on a proposed aquaculture lease application to raise American/Eastern oysters and quahogs on 6-acre site east of Crow Island on Middle Bay. The session provides an opportunity for the public to learn about the proposed lease and to have an informal discussion with the applicant about this proposal.
