
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from Jan. 21 to Feb. 10.
• Phillip Innis, 32, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault and obstructing report o f a crime.
• Bruce McKenzie, 30, of Warwick was arrested and charged with fugitive from justice.
• Tira Neal, 34, of Boulder, Colorado, was issued a summons for keeping an unlicensed dog.
• Anthony Cole, 39, of Arundel, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with unlawful furnishing of a schedule W drug, five counts of unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
• Tiffany Pelletier, 32, of Gorham, was issued a summons for sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
• Tucker Beal, 18, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault.
• Thomas Caddigan, 68, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered – never registered vehicle.
• Michael Gavin, 45, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with violating bail conditions of release and domestic violence terrorizing.
• Taylor Gross, 25, of Westbrook, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.
• Alison Dunton, 45, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating under suspension.
• Shelley McIntier, 64, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended or revoked license.
• Timothy Davis, 50, of Old Orchard Beach was arrested on a warrant.
• Jana Hansen, 36, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on three warrants.
• Lawrence Tiller, 29, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant.
• Nichole Croteau, 30, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop for an officer, and criminal speed 30 or more miles per hour over the speed limit.
• Mark Coffin, 56, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with driving to endanger and failing to obey traffic officer’s directions.
