Arrests

3/14 at 4:23 p.m. Christopher J. Morgan, 41, of Christy Road, Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Steve Milton Jr. on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug.

3/16 at 1:05 a.m. Nicholas J. Votta, 26, of Bridge Street, Topsham, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Brandon Curtis on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, disorderly conduct-loud or unreasonable noise and violating conditions of release.

3/16 at 1:05 a.m. Paul Zaleski, 31, of Haggerty Lane, Topsham, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Brandon Curtis on charges of assault and disorderly conduct-loud or unreasonable noise.

3/16 at 1:05 a.m. Ashalie Wark, 29, of Community Drive, Manchester, was issued a summons on Main Street by Brandon Curtis on Main Street for failure to disperse, disorderly conduct-loud or unreasonable noise and obstruction government administration.

3/16 at 1:05 a.m. Dean A, Todisco Jr, 29, of Congress Avenue, Chelsea, Massachusetts, was issued a summons on Main Street by Brandon Curtis on charges of obstructing government administration, disorderly conduct-loud or unreasonable noise and failure to disperse.

3/17 at 11:29 p.m Michelle J. Ouellette, 36, of South China, was issued a summons on Route 196 and Main Street by Garrett Decker on charges of operating while license is suspended or revoked and failure to provide correct name, address, or date of birth.
