William Engelberger
William Engelberger, a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, was promoted to associate vice president.
Engelberger joined the firm in 2010. He lives in Falmouth.
James Olson
James Olson, a financial advisor with the Casco Bay Group at Morgan Stanley, was promoted to vice president.
Olson joined the firm since 2007. He lives in Yarmouth.
Gary Bergeron
Gary Bergeron, a financial advisor and portfolio management director, of the Breakwater Group at Morgan Stanley, was promoted to senior vice president. He was also named to Forbes Magazine’s list of America’s Best-in-State Wealth Advisors as one of Maine’s top advisors.
Bergeron has been with the firm since 2009. He lives in Yarmouth.

Jason Lindstrom
Jason Lindstrom, chief executive officer of Portland-based Evergreen Credit Union, was elected chair of the marketing and business development council for the Credit Union National Association.
Lindstrom has been a member of the council for 10 years, serving on the executive committee for the last 6 years.

Morgan Stanley announced that Jay Cross, Mark Leighton, Todd Doolan and Jeremiah “Josh” Burns, all senior vice presidents and financial advisors in the firm’s Wealth Management office in Portland, were named to Forbes Magazine’s 2019 list of America’s Best-in-State Wealth Advisors.

SIS Bank announced it will change its name to Partners Bank of New England effective July 1.
A press release about the change says the bank’s board of directors chose “Partners Bank” “to convey what the bank has always been to its customers: a true partner to the individuals and businesses it serves.”
SIS intends to remain a locally based, independent community bank dedicated to the communities it serves.
