YARMOUTH— Town officials want to know what improvements Yarmouth residents would like to see at Royal River Park.
The town of Yarmouth is developing a plan for upgrades at the park before applying for a Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund grant this spring. The town is looking to widen, reroute and improve trails; expand parking and handicapped accessibility; rebuild the tennis courts; improve views; add lighting; improve the performance space and picnic area; improve drainage and remove invasive species.
Individuals and organizations are invited to give their feedback on the scope and approach via a survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/RoyalRiverPark. Information about the deadline to complete the survey was unavailable.
