LITTLETON, Mass. – David Arthur Scully, 68, of Littleton, Mass., dearly loved husband, father, “papa” and friend, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Feb. 12, 2021.
David is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Kathleen Kitterick Scully, and their three daughters, Shannon (Eric) Michel, Durham, Conn.; Meghan (Matthew) Schmidt, Holyoke, Mass.; and Caitlin (Douglas) Ciallella, Nanuet, N.Y.; as well as his four beautiful grandchildren, Connor, Kellan, Sean, and Mackenzie.
David was predeceased by his parents, John Paul Scully Jr. and Constance M. (Cullinan) Scully; brothers, P. Gregory Scully and Kevin J. Scully; father-in-law, James Kitterick; and brother-in-law, Richard Newman. He is also survived by his two sisters, Anne Scully Newman of Westbrook and Constance (Frank) Palys of So. Portland; mother-in-law, Ellen Kitterick; aunt, Mary Cullinan; many beloved sisters- and brothers-in-law; nieces, nephews, cousins; and friends.
Family will receive guests on Friday, Feb. 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Badger’s Funeral Home, 347 King St., Littleton, MA 01460. Masking/ social distancing will be required.
A private mass of Christian Burial will be held at Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Anne Church on Saturday, Feb. 27 for family only (due to Covid restrictions), with burial at Westlawn Cemetery, 7 New Estate Rd., Littleton Mass. A “Celebration of Life Mass” and reception will be planned for the warmer months of 2021 for extended family and friends.
