GORHAM – Theodore “Ted” Landau died on March 19, 2021 at Gosnell Hospice House. His wife predeceased him on March 19, 2009 at the same facility.
Born on April 11, 1934 in Queens, N.Y., Ted was the son of Ann P. (Kovar) Landau, Hibner and Philip Landau. Ted and his wife Jo moved to Maine in 1971. They lived in various places in Maine, settling in Windham.
Ted retired from Burnham and Morrill Co. and continued to live in Windham until health concerns made living on his own unsafe. Ted lived at Inn at Village Square for several years and entered Gorham House in 2020.
Ted is survived by his cousin, Carol-Ann Heller and her husband, Frank and their daughters, Dawn Donald and Karen Gowans, and their families.
At his request, there will be no services. Arrangements are by Dolby, Blais and Segee Funeral Chapel, 76 State St., Gorham.
