Pamela Titus

GRAY – Pamela Titus, 75 years old, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021 at home, after a long illness.

Pam was born July 1, 1945 in St. John, New Brunswick, Canada, to William and Helen Davidson. She married the love of her life, Eric Titus on Oct. 27, 1962.

She and Eric moved from Canada to the United States in 1964 with their 1-year-old son, Mike, with only $17 in their pocket; originally living in Cambridge, Mass. They moved to Maine in 1967 where they happily raised their family. Pam worked at Shape Symmetry for over 20 years and was one of the original employees having badge #7. She worked a few more years at William Arthur in Kennebunk before retiring.

Pam and Eric continued to travel back to Canada to visit with their family, especially her sister, Marlene Moore of St. John, New Brunswick and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her brother, Brian Davidson, also from Canada.

When they moved to the States, they made lifelong friends with the Shrader, Caron, Turcotte, and Martins, who quickly adopted them into their families. There were decades of family vacations, weekends snowmobiling in Rangeley, and finally retiring with many of them in Haines City, Fla.

In 2014 she and Eric moved to their lake home on Little Sebago Lake in Gray where they were surrounded most weekends with family, friends, their sweet poodle Dixie, and the many other family dogs. She loved being a nanny more than anything and it made her day having her granddaughters and great-grandchildren come to the lake. Pam especially enjoyed sitting on the patio having happy hour with her family and lake neighbors and anyone that may have wanted to join.

She will be sadly missed by her loving family. Pam is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Eric Titus of Gray and Haines City, Fla.; sons Michael S. Titus and his wife Christine of Biddeford, Mark J. Titus and his wife Kimberly of Arundel; grandchildren Melissa Dineen, Erica Gilbert, Lauren Titus, and Mikayla Titus; great-grandchildren Braxton Dineen, Charli Dineen, and Clara Gilbert.

Visiting hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday April 22 at the Windham Chapel of Dolby, Blais and Segee, 434 River Rd., Windham. A celebration of life will be schedule at a later date to be announced. Due to Covid restriction, please wear a mask.
