KENNEBUNK — Oliver Leonard pitched a three-hitter and drove in a run during Kennebunk’s three-run first inning as the Rams earned a 4-2 baseball win Thursday against Marshwood.

Leonard struck out seven, walked two and allowed one earned run. Quinn MacDonald doubled and had two RBI for the Rams (3-1).

Noah Fitzgerald took the loss despite giving up just four hits and one earned run. Henry Dimmerling drove in both runs for
Marshwood (3-4).

BRUNSWICK 10, LINCOLN ACADEMY 5: Quin McCaffrey and Adam Nussbaum drove in three runs apiece to lead the Dragons (1-5) over the Eagles (1-1) in Brunswick.

Nussbaum earned the win on the mound, allowing five runs in five innings. The Dragons took control with eight runs in the final two innings. Wes Cooper had two hits and five stolen bases.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 12, TRAIP ACADEMY 6: Paul Coleman doubled twice, singled and had three RBI to lead the Seagulls (4-3) to a win over the Rangers (0-5) in Kittery.

Greg Sperlich added a double, a single and three runs scored. Aaron Charron picked up the win.

Emerson Brown hit a double and drove in two runs for Traip. Matt Ford singled twice.

POLAND 3, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 2: Adam Gwarjanski singled home Hunter Gibson in the bottom of the seventh, giving the Knights (2-4) a win over the Raiders (2-3) in Poland.

Gwarjanski and Gibson each had two hits. Gwarjanski also pitched the first six innings.

Eli Lord got two hits but took the loss for Fryeburg.

BRUNSWICK 5, LINCOLN ACADEMY 3: Kelsey Sullivan blasted a three-run homer in the third inning and later scored the eventual winning run as the Dragons (4-1) defeated the Eagles (0-2) in Brunswick.

Winning pitcher Ellie Sullivan struck out six and allowed five hits.

Riley McAllister, Gabby Swain and Hannah Fortier hit consecutive singles in the fifth to give the Dragons an insurance run.

MARSHWOOD 8, NOBLE 4: Reid Johnson’s two-run triple in the second inning turned the game in favor of the Hawks (5-0), who held on to defeat the Knights (2-4) in South Berwick.

Mackenzie Davis had two doubles for Marshwood, which broke a 1-1 tie with five runs in the second.

Lexi Volinsky launched a home run for Noble.

WESTBROOK 11, CHEVERUS 1: Caitlin Noiles pitched a one-hitter with 16 strikeouts for the Blue Blazes (3-1) in a win over the Stags (0-3) at Portland.

Madison Cole hit a home run for Westbrook.

Cheverus pitcher Mackenzie Turner struck out 12 and allowed only five hits.

WINDHAM 13, BONNY EAGLE 1: The Eagles (3-2) broke open a close game with a six-run fifth inning, then invoked the mercy rule with four runs in the sixth against the visiting Scots (1-2).

Kelsey Gerry and Ella Wilcox each had three RBI, while Jadyn Kimball drove in two runs. Brooke Gerry pitched a two-hitter with 14 strikeouts.

BIDDEFORD 27, DEERING 1: Chantelle Bouchard had three hits and four RBI and Lily LeSieur and Laura Perreault also finished with three hits as the Tigers (5-0) defeated the Rams (0-4) in a five-inning game at Biddeford.

Biddeford scored 10 runs in the first inning and 12 in the second.

Winning pitcher Charlotte Donovan got two hits and Madison Dineen doubled twice.

THORNTON ACADEMY 8, PORTLAND 2: Abby Miner had four RBI with the help of a three-run homer and pitched a five-hitter for the Trojans (3-1) in a win over the Bulldogs (0-4) in Portland.

Jess Dow contributed three hits, including a solo homer.

Hannah Hawkes singled home both Portland runs. Rebekah Dunn led the Bulldogs with two hits.

BONNY EAGLE 18, DEERING 5: Vinny Bruni, Connor Krunkkala and Nick Klein each put in four goals for the Scots (3-2) in a win over the Rams (0-5) in Standish.

Bonny Eagle goalie Ethan Hall made 11 saves.

WINDHAM 13, SOUTH PORTLAND 5: Will Woolston scored six goals to lead the Eagles (2-2) past the Red Riots (0-5) in Windham.

Travis Brown and Connor Cummings each added three goals. Windham goalie Reed Wescott made 11 saves.

South Portland got two goals from Brady Frank and one each from Joey Soucy, Cullen Adams and Nick Tolan.

MARSHWOOD 15, WELLS 0: Eva Moreland recorded four goals and five assists, and Natalie Singer also scored four goals for the Hawks (5-1) in a win over the Warriors (2-2) in South Berwick.

Meagan Wentworth contributed three goals and two assists. Fina Merino added two goals, and Hadley Prewitt and Isabelle Young were the other goal scorers.

FREEPORT 18, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER/POLAND 5: Savannah Tracy paced the Falcons (2-0) with four goals in a win over the 26ers in Gray.

Meredith Feller and Ellie Whittier each added three goals, and Hannah Groves, Kate Tracy and Meg Driscoll all scored twice.

Andrea Smith tallied three goals for the 26ers. Ellie Steele and Makenna Powell were the other goal scorers.

WINDHAM 17, LAKE REGION 5: Emma Yale recorded four goals and four assists to lead the Eagles (3-0) past the Lakers (1-3) in Windham.

Carissa O’Connell added three goals and an assist. Riley Bean and Julia McKenna also scored three goals and Izzy Babb had two.

NOBLE 14, TRAIP ACADEMY 3: Haley Martel scored seven goals to lead the Knights past the Rangers at North Berwick.

Jacquelyn McEvoy and Molly Grace each added two goals.

Alexis Hernandez, Quinn Butler and Quinn McPherson scored for Traip.

SCARBOROUGH 13, PORTLAND 4: Darby Stoltz scored four goals and Paige Spooner added three goals and two assists as the Red Storm (5-1) handled the visiting Bulldogs (2-3).

Natalie Bilodeau also had three goals, Meagan Donovan contributed a goal and three assists and Kayla Conley scored twice. Kathleen Murphy made 12 saves.

GARDINER 13, LINCOLN ACADEMY 2: Lilly Diversi scored seven goals to lead the Tigers (2-1) to a win over the Eagles (0-2) in Newcastle.

Emma Bourget added two goals and three assists, while Avery Baker chipped in with two goals and an assist. Maddy Blais and Sophie Blanchard each had a goal, and Skye Cotnoir made 16 saves.
