Arthur F. Voter
SCARBOROUGH – Arthur F. Voter, 84, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2021, after a brief illness. Born in Wilton, Maine, Arthur was the son of Warren and Faye (Colburn) Voter. Arthur graduated from Farmington High School and the Burdett Business School in Boston.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Virginia “Ginny” E. (Wescott) Voter; daughter, Jill A. (Voter) Hickey and her husband, Thomas of Maynard, Mass.; grandsons, Kevin and Matthew Hickey. Arthur is also survived by his sister, Brenda (Voter) York and her husband Bussey, of Farmington, Maine.
An hour of visitation will be held from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, May 13, 2021, at the Windham Chapel of Dolby, Blais & Segee Funeral, 434 River Road, Windham. A graveside service at Woodlawn Cemetery, Westbrook will follow.
