Anthony Paul Clemons

SACO – Anthony Paul Clemons, 27, passed away unexpectedly at his home, on May 17, 2021. He was born in Melrose, Mass. on Sept. 8, 1993, the son of Matthew Clemons and Ann-Marie Petrucci.

Anthony graduated from Thornton Academy and attended SMMC and UNE.

He worked as a tractor trailer mechanic before he became too ill to work full time. He most recently enjoyed small engine repairs for neighbors and family, he had a real knack for fixing things.

Anthony was told by all he was just like his mother, he loved going to family gatherings. He enjoyed snowmobiling, motorcycling, and boating. He loved playing X-Box and watching movies with friends and family.

He was predeceased by his mother, Ann-Marie Petrucci in 2020; his grandfather, Richard Petrucci Sr. in 2011; and by his great-uncle, Paul Sullivan in 2019.

He is survived by his grandmother, Jeannine Petrucci; his uncle, Richard “Richie” Petrucci Jr.; his cousin, Nicholas Cataldo; and his beloved Yorkie named Monroe, all with whom he lived. He is also survived by his aunt, Nicole Petrucci LeMay; as well as many great-aunts, great-uncles;, and cousins.

Family and friends may call on May 25 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the Dennett, Craig and Pate Funeral Home, 365 Main St., Saco. A funeral mass will be held on May 26 at 11 a.m. at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church, Old Orchard Beach. The family requests masks be worn at both calling hours and church service.
