Henry G. “Bill” Beyer
SCARBOROUGH – Henry G. “Bill” Beyer, 78, of Scarborough, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Rehabilitation in Portland.
Bill was born in Milton, Mass. to Audrey (White) Beyer and Walker Archer Beyer. He graduated from Milton Academy in 1963 and continued his education at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass., graduating in 1967 with a B.A. degree.
Bill is survived by his wife of 30 years, Linda Beyer; daughter, Alison Willis and her son, Clayton; son, John Beyer, his wife, Mindy and their son, Kyler Beyer; stepson, Brian Leavitt, wife Stacie, their daughter, Kayli and son, Jesse.
Bill’s family extends our appreciation and gratitude to the doctors and nurses on p6 at MMC and to the St. Joseph’s staff for their attention and loving care during his brief stay with them.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 21 at Hobbs Funeral Home, 230 Cottage Rd., South Portland.
