LEWISTON – Jeremy Hill Putnam, 41, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022 after a long battle with addiction.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of his Life on Saturday, Oct. 15 from 2 to 5 p.m. at The Val Halla Club House, 60 Val Halla Rd., Cumberland. A private burial for family and friends will be held the following day at the Chebeague Island Cemetery.
