OLD ORCHARD BEACH – Charles J. “CJ” Manuel, 34 of Willow Avenue, passed away Sunday Nov. 27, 2022.

He was born in Weymouth, Mass., April 26, 1988 the son of Charles and Lisa Slack Manuel.

He attended local schools in Massachusetts and graduated from Weymouth High School. After high school he attended Massachusetts School of Barbering.

CJ was first employed by Calabro’s Fine Cuts in Braintree, Mass., where he worked for over eight years. CJ later worked at Momentum in Portland, Defined Lines in Old Orchard Beach and most recently at Goodwin Mills in Lyman.

He enjoyed family time, cooking, and most of all his music!

He is survived by his parents, Lisa Manuel of Rockland, Mass., and Charles F. Manuel of Dorchester, Mass. His companion Courtney Lee Hanlon and her sons Adrien and Damien of Old Orchard Beach; brothers, Cory Manuel of Rockland, Mass., his wife Lauren Manuel and Joshua Manuel of Greenville, N.C. Aunts, MaryAnne Hayden husband Craig of Pembroke, Mass., Susan Pickett husband Tim of North Pomfret, Vt., Terry Larkin of Middleboro, Mass., husband Peter of Florida. Uncle Brian Slack of Deland, Fla., wife Sandra and Uncle Steve Slack of Plymouth, Mass.

Please Remember CJ in your prayers and the Good Memories you have made with him. There will never be another CJ Manuel!

Dennett, Craig & Pate, 365 Main St., Saco, are entrusted with his arrangements.

Celebration of Life Service will be at a later date.
