Margaret A. McLaughlin

WINDHAM – Margaret A. McLaughlin, 88, of Windham, passed away on Nov. 15, 2022, peacefully surrounded by her family at her home in Windham. Margaret was born Aug. 5, 1934 in Providence, R.I., to Howard and Alice Carty.

We love you Mom!

More Irish than the rest of us, a lover of life, of family, of friends. The first expected to go, but the last to actually leave. Her generosity touched us all.

Her connection to God, the church, and tradition,

pulled us in and gave us a thick empowering sense of family.

She was the fifth child of seven, but part of a bigger collective of family that ranges across several countries.

Everyone her own, if she knew you, and you spent any time with her, you were hers, and she loved you, and if you are one of those people you know it’s truth!

Mom, Grammy Mac, Mac, their sister, Auntie Mag, your friend, Maggie.

She loved you all! And loved you more!

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, Dec. 12, 2022, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 919 Roosevelt Trail, Windham, Maine, 04046.
